TERMS & CONDITIONS - LOGOS BY ABI
These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between Logos By Abi ("we," "us," "our," or "Logos By Abi") and you ("client," "customer," or "you") for the use of our freelance graphic design services, the booking process, payment, design revisions, client communication and other related matters. By using our website, booking our services, and making payments, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services & Bookings: Logos By Abi offers a wide range of graphic design services from branding design, packaging design, website design and more. Clients can book our services through our official website, or Instagram.

2. Payments & Booking Confirmation: To book services with Logos By Abi, you are required to pay for the services upfront to secure your booking. Booking is only considered confirmed once payment has been received. If we discuss a booking date and you have not paid in time, this date will go to somebody else.
3. Booking Date & Requirements: Clients are required to send any relevant information for items within their branding package via Instagram or email 24 hours prior to the booking. This information must be typed out, no screenshots of price lists.

4. Grace Period: We strive for perfection, so please allow up to 72 hours from your booking date to receive your initial design drafts. Logos By Abi will never rush projects, so if we feel your designs require more work, there may be further delays, if this is the case we will notify you of this.

5. Refunds: Due to the nature of our graphic design services, we do not offer refunds after payment has been made & design work has been started, unless at Logos By Abi's discretion.

6. Client Responsiveness: If you fail to contact Logos By Abi within 30 days of the agreed start date, the payment will be void and you will be required to make payment again.

7. Modifications: Logos By Abi will provide up to 5 design samples from scratch as part of her service. Any modifications or new samples necessary after this will incur an additional charge of £10.

8. Code of Conduct: Logos By Abi has a zero-tolerance policy for verbal/written abuse, aggression, or rudeness. Clients exhibiting such behaviour will have their project cancelled and any payment received will be kept due to the time already allocated to the project now being empty.

9. Communication: We strive to provide clear communication throughout the design process. It is the client's responsibility to provide timely and accurate feedback and information to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

10. Working Hours: Logos By Abi's usual working hours are 9am-5pm (GMT) Monday-Friday, and will monitor messages between 9am-9pm (GMT) daily.

11. File Formats: We will send your graphic design project in formats PDF, PNG and EPS. We do not provide AI file format. Some other formats are available upon request. If you will be using our work for signage and so on, please check what format is required so we are aware of this. Once your files have been sent, all work is final. If you want to make any changes after this you will have to pay an editing fee of £10.

12. Confidentiality: Logos By Abi respects the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose any sensitive or proprietary information to third parties without the client's consent.

13. Liability: Logos By Abi will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client or any third party resulting from the use or misuse of the design work.
14. Amendments: Logos By Abi reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client's responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
